Proposal
At the core of our service ethos is a strong commitment to responsiveness and effective communication. Our standard turnaround time for proposals is a prompt 1-3 days. Within your personalized proposal, we meticulously outline A/V components specific to each room, encompassing security, lighting, electronics, as well as detailed insights into installation and programming. Elevated takes pride in exclusively installing tried-and-tested components that have proven their reliability in real-world scenarios. This dedication ensures that your system is not only cutting-edge but also steadfast in its performance.
Design
Understanding your preferences and your lifestyle will allow us to dig deeper into understanding what is important to you. We will create a design and collaborate with you closely to find a solution for your project. In the end we are designing an integrated system that is specialized for you and your family. Our design team will document and create comprehensive drawings for your review and approval.
Project Management
Effective planning and communication play pivotal roles in ensuring the success of any new construction or remodel project. We carefully outline dependencies, including coordination with other trades, as well as identifying components that may necessitate physical engineering or carpentry for installation. With the designed system in hand and a passion for excellence we will make sure you are well taken care of.
Pre-Wire
One of our great assets is that our team is well versed in both line voltage and low voltage standards, we understand how they communicate with each other and know how to maintain the integrity of the installation.
Trim & Install
Our installation team will install all key devices once the final coat of paint is applied to prep for the final installation. At this time we will install all wall devices, speakers, any equipment that isn’t electronic and start terminations in the panels. This allows our company to maintain the schedule while continuing to progress on your project.
Programming & Final
Our final installation & programming team will take place just after the final clean to maintain the integrity of your electronic equipment. We test & program all of our equipment in house prior to delivering to your project. This helps reduce time on-site and allows us to catch any issues ahead of time. Our team will ensure all systems are fully functional, tested and ready for your use once they are installed on-site. We will train you on every system to ensure you are comfortable with taking control of your integrated home.
Training & Support

While we strive to fully test and maintain your system, we understand issues come up and we are here for you.
